Sanitary silicone (04.51)

 

For grouting tiles, all sanitary ware (wash basins, bidets, urinals, toilet bowls), showers, kitchens, enameled bathtubs, etc. High adhesion to glass, enamel, tiles and enameled ceramics. Contains a highly effective anti-mildew fungicide. Sanitary Neutral Silicone must be used for grouting acrylic bath tubs.

Characteristics:

For sealing the stainless steel parts of pools, sinks, acrylic bathtubs, ceramic sinks, tiles and joints in sanitary environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, laundry rooms, etc. For refrigeration seals and in the health care sector. High adhesion to building materials such as steel, masonry, glazed surfaces, plastics, polycarbonates, acrylics, etc. Does not cause oxidation.

Technical data:

POWER KLEBER (PU glue D4)

For gluing wood, glass, metal, plastic, ceramics, artificial and natural stone, concrete, drywall, carpet (felt, fabric, etc.). Suppresses noise and vibration, easily foams and fills in depressions. Not aggressive to the substrate, resists common chemicals and weathering. Also suitable for gluing indoor and outdoor watertight construction joints (gazebos, fences, paneling, boats, floors, etc.). Bonds painted and not-absorbent surfaces. For securing shelves, panels, string board and sills. Replaces nails, screws and rivets.

 

Gasket sealant

For sealing in the automotive industry and engineering. Seals for engines, transmissions and oil sumps. Flexible seals for hot piping, dryers, irons and washing machines. Sealing boiler flanges, hot-water flanges, hatches, collars, and industrial furnaces. Resistant to petroleum products, excellent adhesion to non-absorbent substrates.

 

Mamut glue (High tack)

For extremely durable adhesive joints with maximum initial strength. Bonds even heavy objects to substrates with mammoth strength and without the need for bonding fixation. Tensile strength after hardening is up to 22 kg/cm 2.Replaces nails, screws and rivets. This modification of MS polymers creates an extremely strong elastic joint after hardening that can be painted over. Not aggressive to substrates and ideal for bonding mirrors.

 

Polyurethane adhesive PU 50 FC

For bonding and sealing in construction and in industry. For joints between wood, metal, aluminum or PVC frames and masonry. Sealing expansion joints under load and in industrial flooring and watertight joints in pools with an expansion capacity of ± 25%, joints in prestressed concrete, stone walls, joints between wood, concrete, brick masonry, metals, plastics and glass. Bonding window sills, thresholds in steel structures and repairing stairs.

Nails and screws in a tube

For gluing wooden thresholds, collar linings for door frames, gluing perimeter trim for floating floors, relief panels and material. The final strength of the bond is equivalent to 15 kg/cm 2. The glue is applied in even strips to one side of each object, which are then pressed together. For gluing polystyrene, the glue is applied in thin strips and allowed to ventilate for about 5-10 minutes. The objects are then attached.
