Plastic Tanks
The tanks of ASIO, spol. s r.o. are made by welding structural elements and boards made of integral polypropylene or polyethylene and their copolymers, both homogeneous as well as lightweight. At the customer’s request, the plastic tanks may be equipped with technological partitions or various technological openings for the connection of pipelines.
FMX Membrane Filtration
The FMX technology is filtration equipment designed for membrane applications that cannot use common membrane processes. FMX is the most progressive (most advanced) technology in the world in preventing the clogging of membranes. This technology has been developed for separation with the subsequent possible re-use of substances contained in various media (e.g., wastewater, waste oil, intermediate products of the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries and many others), which results in a quick return of the investment.
SFT FILTER
The SFT FILTER is a compact device designed to remove undissolved substances from wastewater. Besides undissolved substances, it also reduces the concentration of COD, BOD5, nitrogen, and phosphorus. Thanks to its high flow (up to 180 l/s) and high effectiveness in removing undissolved substances (up to 70%), the SFT is conveniently used as a replacement for the settlement tanks of municipal treatment plants or for pre-treatment at industrial wastewater treatment plants.
Proportional Chemical Dosing System
The proportional dosing system is designed for the dosing of chemicals (e.g., flocculants during the simultaneous precipitation of phosphates in wastewater) in plants that confront the issue of a variable water level depending on the incoming quantity of water. The system can also be installed in existing plants.
Automatic Chemical Dosing System
The automatic chemical dosing system is used to dose chemicals into the wastewater treatment process, e.g., to reduce the content of phosphorus or other substances in treated water. In can also be used to dose chemicals in other chemical water treatment processes.
Lamella Separators
Equipment used to intensify the settlement of flotation processes, or simply lamella blocks for the intensification of existing separation tanks.
Biofilter Media
Biofilter media are used as support media of biomass, in anaerobic or aerobic processes or aeration systems.
