DenBit asphalt waterproofing

Asphalt primer DenBit BR – ALP (81.12)

 

An elastic bituminous material slightly modified with synthetic rubber; contains chemical additives to allow deep penetration and use on slightly damp substrates. This penetrating coating is capable of leveling microcracks in the substrate. The coating is completely resistant to water, mild acids and alkalis.

Type of substrate: Concrete, plaster, masonry, Eternit, steel and metal components (roofing, flashing, ducts and grommets), paperboard and other bituminous-based material, wooden surfaces and wood-based substrates (cement particle boards and gypsum fiber boards, OSB, etc.).

Applications: As a solution designed for penetrating wall footings, foundations, the underground parts of buildings, etc. This material is especially suitable as a base for welded footings of all kinds. Used under the waterproof coatings of DenBit DK or DenBit Styro LT and other coatings. In addition, it can be used as a standalone, lightweight anti-moisture insulation.

Asphalt insulating varnish DenBit DK – ATN (81.14)

 

A bituminous material modified with synthetic rubber with the addition of bitumen and chemical compounds to improve adhesion to various substrates. Forms an elastic protective coating.

Type of substrate: Asphalt roofing with paperboard strips, bituminous shingles, Eternit, galvanized sheet metal, old bituminous paints, concrete and similar mineral surfaces, cement, cement-lime plaster and material treated with DenBit BR-ALP penetration.

Applications: Restoring and preserving roofing, waterproofing tiled terraces, and protecting the underground parts of buildings from moisture and industrial water tanks.

Rubberized asphalt primer DenBit DISPER AS (81.02)

 

A fine-grained, water-soluble bituminous emulsion, slightly modified with synthetic rubber and with high asphalt content. Creates an adhesive layer for waterproofing material on any surface treated with this primer.

Type of substrate: Concrete, cement, cement-lime plaster, eternit, gypsum surfaces, paperboard and other bituminous-based material.

Applications: As a solution designed for penetrating substrates made of concrete and brick foundations, walls, terraces, flat roofs, etc. Also used under weldable footings, which requires a dilution of 1:4. Under waterproofing coatings, the dilution in water is 1:9.

Rubberized asphalt waterproofing DenBit DISPER DN (81.04)

 

An asphalt dispersion modified by synthetic rubber for use on dry or slightly damp substrates. Thanks to thixotropic properties, DenBit DISPER DN can be applied to a substrate of any gradient.

Type of substrate: Concrete, cement, cement-lime plaster, Eternit, paperboard, and similar bituminous-based materials and substrates treated with DenBit DISPER AS primer.

Applications: For restoring and preserving roof coverings, making seamless rooftops consisting of reinforced engineered fabrics, and insulating the foundations of cellars, garages, terraces and balconies, as well as the underground parts of buildings from moisture.

Characteristics:

• Works on vertical walls, no migration at +120°C
• Contains no solvents

Reflective protective varnish DenBit REFLEX ALU

A bituminous material modified with synthetic rubber and the addition of bitumen and chemical compounds to improve adhesion to various substrates. Includes a silver due for a decorative and anti-reflective effect.
