Assembly System of Flexible Stainless Steel Tubes

The system of stainless steel flexible tubes Cats is designed for inside and outside distribution of gaseous and liquid media. It is especially suitable for the connecting of the boilers, solar and air conditioning systems, heat pumps, water piping, WC, etc., but also for the repairs of existing installations. Cats-tubes are made from stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316 L. Both materials are certified for drinkable water and gas.

Parallel corrugation enables easy bending of tubes by hand and easy adjusting to the concrete requirements without the usage of shaped fittings - bends. As an alternative, the endings could be inductively brazed or welded on tubes according to the customer‘s request. Further advantages are resistance to outdoor effects, speed of the connection creating, easy disassembly and handling, effective usage of the material what lead to the savings of financial costs. The high quality material of the tubes guarantees durability and the reliability of connections and of the whole assembly as well. When creating the assembly it is also possible to fit the tubes with insulations or color plastic protectors.
