Anchoring technology
Liquid anchor
For anchoring dynamically stressed structures, building components, engineering equipment or scaffolding. Suitable for heavy-duty anchorage in stone, concrete, light anchoring in aerated concrete and lightweight concrete, or for moderate to heavy loads when securing wood, steel structures, sections, rails, bars, water main fixtures, etc. This is the most effective non-expansion system of anchoring which puts no tension on foundation material, thereby enabling the anchors to be close to edges or to each other. Liquid Cartridge anchors can be used throughout the entire recommended period of use simply by replacing the application nozzle and securely closing the cartridge cover.
Liquid anchor without styrene
For very fast anchoring with high strength and load carrying capacity and no expansion and pressure increases. Suitable for anchoring steel bars, railing heels, support columns, handrails, rods and screws in areas of wet operation. Anchoring in foundations made out of natural stone, concrete, brick, solid masonry, porous bricks, etc. A plastic or metal sleeve must be used when applied to porous material and the hole must be filled completely in with mortar. No sleeve is necessary when anchoring in solid material and the hole can be filled from 1/3 to 1/2.
Liquid anchor VINYLESTER SF
It consists of a two-component, chemical anchoring system based on vinylester resins for the ultra-fast anchoring of building components, equipment or scaffolding with high strength and load carrying capacity. Suitable for heavy-duty anchoring in stone, concrete, aerated concrete and lightweight concrete or for moderately heavy loads when securing wood, steel structures, sections, railing heels, bars, water main fixtures, loadbearing columns, railings, rods and screws, even in places of wet operations, etc.
ARCTIC liquid anchor
It consists of a two-component, chemical anchoring system based on epoxy acrylic with low odor, for the quick anchoring of building components, equipment or scaffolding with high strength and load carrying capacity. Anchoring in foundations made out of natural stone, concrete, cinder blocks, solid masonry, porous bricks, and lightweight concrete. Suitable for moderately heavy loads for securing wood, steel structures, equipment, sections, railing heels, bars, water main fixtures, support columns, handrails, rods and screws, even in areas of wet operation, etc. ARCTIC Liquid Cartridge anchors can be used throughout the entire recommended period of use simply by replacing the application nozzle.
Spare applicator tips
For the repeated use of liquid anchors. You can easily replace the applicator nozzle while both components are hardening.
Plastic sleeves for anchoring in porous materials
For anchoring bolts and reinforcement braces in porous material, whereby the sleeve is filled to the brim with the liquid anchor and then the bolt or brace is forced inside by the turn of the screw. Plastic sleeves are manufactured in various lengths with an outer liner when using a smaller diameter screw.
Nail dowel
For anchoring anything quickly and easily to all common building materials. Good, for example, for anchoring basic starter strips of insulation systems, anchoring sheet metal anchors for windows, etc. The hole is pre-drilled according to the diameter of the dowel. Nail dowels are inserted through the connecting part in the drilled hole and the nail driven into the dowel. The dowel expands and becomes wedged inside the hole. The nail dowel can also be disassembled, the nylon dowel inserted into the hole, the connected object attached, and the nail inserted and hammered. It can also be used for emergency mounting to wood, but screws are a better choice here. Dismantling the joint is done by removing the nail.
Liquid anchor ALLFIX
Latest in the field of mounting technology. Allows anchoring in many types of foundations, quickly, cleanly and easily! Suitable for all mineral materials, for repairs, filling in drilled holes and wooden pins. Suitable for concrete, aerated concrete, stone, solid and perforated masonry, drywall and wood. Mounting towel racks, curtains, shelves, lamps, paintings, mirrors, signs, light tubes, repairing hinges, screws, and hooks up to a diameter of 6 mm.
Hammer anchor DAK
For the quick and easy mounting of light but bulky items such as billboards, signs or various message boards and consoles. The hammer anchor is passed through the object to be mounted and driven into the pre-drilled hole. The outer body of the anchor becomes braced with the blow of the hammer.
For anchoring plastic, wood and metal window frames and doors without any stress or additional anchors in masonry, concrete, solid bricks, porous concrete, cinder blocks, perforated bricks and natural stone. The screw does not deform the frame, does not create added stress. Simple application and screwing thanks to a smooth coating, optimum hardness and the thread pitch.
For anchoring bolts and reinforcement braces in porous material, whereby the sleeve is filled up to the brim with the liquid anchor and then the bolt or brace is forced inside by the turn of the screw. Metal sleeves are meters in length; the installer cuts it to the desired length.
A useful accessory for the proper application of liquid anchors. This is a special pistol applicator that provides accurate dosages of resins and hardeners, then serves as an air pump to remove impurities from pre-drilled holes and a cleaning brush to loosen dispersed drilled material inside the hole.
