Regulation of water passage
We offer for regulation of water passage both in open and close canals of rectangular shapes a large range of different types check gates and sluice gates. We offer these ones in design with hand or electric drive operating system to meet customer requirements. For water level requlation (e.g. in activation tank) we offer stop logs and for small canals we offer small stop logs.
- Check gates - SR, SE
- Sluice gates - STL, STR
- Stop logs - HR, HRD
1. Check gates SR and SE
Check gates are designed for preventing or reducing water passage in open canals. Vertical lifting of the check gate plate is performed by a thread spindle controlled either by a hand wheel or using an electric servomotor with remote control from the control centre. Listed types are suitable for installation in canals about width from 300 to 800mm.
2. Sluice gates STR and STE
In design, the sluice gates are very similar to check gates SR and SE and are used in larger canals. The sluice gate frame and plate are more massive and the spinning mechanism with thread spindle is always mounted on the extended gate frame. These sluice gates are suitable for canals about width from 900 to 1200 mm.
3. Stop logs - HRD
Stop logs are designed to stop or regulate water passage in open canals and water reservoir partitions. Stop log consists of frame, stop planks and accessories. The individual boards are equipped with hinge pins to ease the handling. The stop logs can be designed and supplied for the width of canal and the stopping height up to 2500 mm.
Hand operated sluice gates STL 3 - R
The mechanism controlling the lifting of the plate consists of the hand wheel on a shaft which is connected to a pair of bevel gearbox whose output shaft continues to vertical thread spindles put into nuts on the top edge of plate. These sluice gates are suitable for installation in canals about width from 1300 to 2500 mm.
Sluice gates with electric drive STL 3 - E
The mechanism controlling the lifting of the plate is similar to STL - R sluice gates, with the exception that it is operated by an electrical servomotor connected to gearboxes, the output part of which is connected to vertical thread spindles. The end positions are controlled by positional and moment switches, which are parts of the servo drives.
