Electrostatic Precipitators
Discharge Electrodes
Types of discharge electrodes:
Spring electrodes - D1
Smooth electrodes (asteroid) - D2
Rigid electrodes - D3
Needle electrodes - D4
Pointed electrodes ISODIN - D5, D7, (D5-30), (D7-30)
Suspension and Rapping:
The discharge electrodes are fixed to tubular frames with bolts. The system of the discharge electrodes of each electrical field is electrically separated from the grounded parts of the casing by means of conical porcelain insulators.
The individual frames of the discharge electrodes and the electrodes themselves are cleaned by mechanical rapping, provided by rotary drop hammers on a shaft. The rapping is carried out in regular, programmed intervals.
Collecting Electrodes
Collecting electrodes have been designed to be sufficiently rigid and, at the same time, to utilize to the maximum the enveloping impact cycles of the corona discharges from the discharge electrodes. They are manufactured by cold rolling of deep-drawing sheet, 1.2 to 1.5 mm thick. Types of collecting electrodes: - C1 (width of 640 mm) - EKO, EMO, EKK- C2 (width of 500 mm - EKO, EMO, EKK - V1 (width of 640 mm) - EKO, EMO, EKK - CS11 (width of 640 mm) - EKH - CS1 (width of 640 mm) - EKG - SCS (width of 640 mm) - EKF - CSH2 (width of 480 mm) - EKE |
Suspension and Rapping: The collecting electrodes are fixed loosely to suspension beams on pins. They are joined together in the bottom rapping beam by means of a pre-stressed riveted joint. Both, the firm bottom and the top loose attachment provide a perfect transfer of energy from the rapping hammers to the entire row of collecting electrodes. The rapping is carried out in regular, programmed intervals and guarantees removal of deposited dust from the electrodes to the hoppers. |
Compact ESPs
Electrostatic Precipitators EKO
Electrostatic precipitators EKO of compact design are intended for the separation of solid particles from small sources of dust pollution, with the flow range of 3 000 to 40 000 m3/h . They consist, by design, of several compact units shipped to the construction site fully assembled. Their sizes can be selected with regard to transport possibilities. The workshop assembly of the functional parts guarantees their high quality and shortens the on - site installation.
Usually, the EKO precipitators are being delivered in the following shipping units:
- Assembled casing with the inner parts, inlet and outlet sections
- Hopper, including the screw conveyor and part of the steel supporting structure
- Roof, roof beam covers, platforms and other outside elements, including the electric equipment
Modular ESPs
Modular Electrostatic Precipitattors
The electrostatic precipitator EMO of modular design are used for separation of solid particles from middle sources of dust pollution with the flow rate from 40 000 upto 120 000 m3/h.
They are put together from smaller modules, transported to the construction site in installable parts and assembled there to the final size unit.
ESPs for Middle and Large Resources
Electrostatic precipitators EKF, EKG, EKH and EKK are supplied within a wide size range, which is always determined by the combination of width, length and height of the active space of electrostatic precipitator.
Inner active parts of electrostatic precipitators are designed and constructed so that they can be used for repair works and reconstruction works of local and foreign production.
